Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Ø To take reservations from both the public and the trade via the inhouse reservations system Ø To up sell additional products on every call/contact Ø To provide general information and sell services and facilities offered by the company Ø Conform to call monitoring criteria Ø To ensure familiarity of all products and procedures within the Call Centre Person Specification Essential Ø Experience of working with the general public, although personality is a major factor Ø Excellent communication skills. Ø Ability to work to agreed targets and under pressure. Ø Outgoing personality with the ability to work in a team. Ø Clearly spoken. Ø Ability to work to targets. Ø Ability to work shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays. Desirable Ø Previous travel industry or Call Centre experience. Ø Keyboard skills. Ø Fluency in Dutch Ø Computer literate. Ø Sales background. Ø Flexibility. Previous experience in Call Centre work, working with a Headset and PC.
